ACC Orders

Cast Covers NZ is a Registered ACC Supplier (VAV688)

If your injury was an accident and it has been accepted by ACC (Accident Compensation Corporation), your purchase from us may also be covered by ACC.

There are 2 options available:

  1. Contact your ACC Customer Support on 0800 101 996, you will need your ACC Claim number which can be found on your ACC Injury Confirmation Letter. Simply give your Case Manager our Registered ACC Supplier Code (VAV688) and they will be able to place an order with us to have your Waterproof Cast Cover, Weatherproof Cast or Moonboot Cover or Evenup  delivered directly to you.
  2. Purchase the products that will make your recovery easier, we will include with your product a Tax Invoice and Receipt which you can send to your Case Manager with a request for reimbursement by submitting an ACC001 - Request for assistance form here.
