Waterproof Protectors for Moon Boots & Orthopedic Boots
Although Bloccs Waterproof Protectors are designed to be worn over casts and dressings to allow the wearer to shower, bathe or even swim while keeping their injury dry, however, the protectors can also be worn over a Moon Boot or Orthopedic Boot.
As moonboots are bulkier than casts, we recommend purchasing a Adult Long Leg Protector as this is the widest protector and will fit easier over the moonboot.
Any rough or sharp edges on the moon boot should be covered, to prevent it piercing the latex rubber.
We recommend placing a plastic bag over the moonboot before putting on the waterproof protector, this makes it easier to slide on the latex cover.
Place a towel on any surface you stand on when wearing the latex protector over the top of your moonboot, as the latex rubber will be very slippery on a wet surface.
The protector can be worn for up to 30 minutes - providing it is still comfortable to wear , does not feel too tight and is checked regularly.
Wearing the protector for longer than 30 minutes may result in trapped air causing perspiration, discomfort and may restrict blood circulation.

I'm broke my right arm quite badly and needed surgery on it. This cast cover has been amazing. I'm on my own and I found it very easy to use and put on and it works perfectly.
