Because our waterproof moonboot protector is made from durable natural rubber, it is soft and flexible. This enables the moonboot cover to be stretched without ripping or tearing, this makes it quick and easy to put on and take off.
Placing a pillow case or plastic bag over the top of the moonboot before putting on the waterproof protector, makes it easier to slide and roll the rubber protector over the moonboot.

The waterproof moonboot protector is conformed to the shape of your leg and the natural rubber is soft, making it comfortable to wear against your skin. It won’t cause any irritation (unless you have an allergy to rubber). It is reusable and completely submersible in both freshwater and saltwater and will keep your injured leg 100% dry.
Latex rubber loses its flexibility as it ages, becoming hard and brittle. Light, heat, and ozone damage the rubber and cause chemical changes. Waterproof latex protectors can wear out but usually last about 4 weeks with regular use.
